- Flunk any going out of PT.
- Flunk any discomfort or tension observed.
- TR-0 for thirty minutes, done properly. Twitch = restart.

TR-0 as Coach: Section 1

You're a coach for a few minutes.
- Sit in front of the computer screen.
- As coach, say "TR-0. Start".
- Play Example 1. Note the student smiling, the "coach" flunking, and the student immediately getting back to doing the drill without wasting any time.
- Play Drill 1. Note the student smiling. As coach, immediately say aloud: "Flunk! You smiled. Start!"
--The student will stop moving and will be still after a couple of seconds if you say anything or not. To preserve the reality of this drill, play the game and flunk him as soon as he starts moving.
- Close out that drill movie.
- Play Drill 2. Note the student moving. As coach, say aloud: "Flunk! You moved. Start!"
- Close out that drill movie.
- Play Drill 3. Note the student moving. As coach, say aloud: "Flunk! You moved. Start!"
- Close out that drill movie.
- Repeat the above if you need to.
- End off the drilling for now by saying aloud, "That's it".
- Hit "Rub" and do the usual rub thing for a minute or more until any unexpressed yawns are discharged.
- Hit "Next".
